The adventure trail follows forest paths towards the lake shore. There will be wilderness skills, a nature quiz, nature education, “bark boat” making and rafting. The adventure is aimed at children aged 6-14. The adventure can accommodate up to 12 participants.

Freefinns Ranch is a farm in the Kuvans, home to a large number of animals: a Finnish Lapdog, horses, sheep, chickens and rabbits. During Flock Week, the Ranch has a nature and animal-themed program. Sanna-Kaisa, the farm’s hostess and wildlife guide, is the guide for the programmes. The guide languages are Finnish and English. Driving time from Varkaus approx. 9 min. The programme will take place if there are at least 2 people registered.

After the programmes (except for the Heppaleirday) it is possible to enjoy a snack in the farm yard for 6,90 € incl. sausage with side dishes, cheese sandwich, straw juice and a small treat.
